Leaving Budapest

My last day in Budapest was really just a few hours.  I had an early breakfast and then headed to the airport,  Rather than using the airport bus, this time I took a taxi as I was heavily laden with banners, books, promotional materials, and so on, to use at the EARCOS conference in Bangkok.

My trip to Bangkok involved three flights, the first being from Budapest to Frankfurt.  This was a quick flight lasting just 1 hour and 17 minutes in a Lufthansa Airbus A320neo, flight LH1337, registration D-AIDD, departing at 11:32am.  This connected with a flight to Singapore, which in turn connected to my final leg into Bangkok.

My trip through Hungary, Slovakia and western Romania had come to a close, and I was grateful that my itinerary to attend the two conferences after doing on-site work in Lesotho had allowed me the flexibility to explore parts of the world I had never previously visited.
