My portrait
Stephen Codrington

During my career as an educator, I served as Head of five schools in four countries over a period of 25 years.  My third Headship was at Prince Alfred College in Adelaide (Australia) from 2000 to 2004.  When I left Prince Alfred College to take up a position as Head of Li Po Chun United World College in Hong Kong, the Board kindly offered to have a portrait painted in oil by renowned Adelaide artist, Robert Hannaford, as a way to honour my service as Head.

The photo above shows the scene in Hannaford’s studio where the painting was done.  The image to the left shows a close view of the portrait, while the images below show the portrait’s position hanging on the staircase in the Main Building of the College.
