On 13th December, the biennial Middle east and South Asian Cultural Evening (MESA) was held at Li Po Chun United World College.  Entirely planned and co-ordinated by our students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Mauritius, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan, the evening began with a special dinner of food from the region in the canteen, followed by cultural performances in the courtyard.  These images show just a few snippets of this wonderful evening to give the flavour of the night.  Click on any image to enlarge it.
