In November 2007, I travelled with 16 students from Li Po Chun United World College in Hong Kong to Lijiang, a UNESCO world heritage town in Yunnan province of south-west China.  This was my 5th trip to Lijiang, and this trip marked the last stop in our China Week trip which had seen us working in a Tibetan orphanage at Waka (see details HERE), visiting Zhongdian (see details HERE) and completing a 25 kilometre trek through Tiger Leaping Gorge (see details HERE).  This gallery shows some scenes taken during our time in Lijiang.  You can read the background to the trip by clicking HERE.  Click any image to enlarge it and experience the full impact of our experience in Lijiang.
