I have been privileged to serve as Principal of five schools since I was first appointed to a headship in 1989:

     1989-1997 St Paul’s Grammar School, Australia

     1997-1999 Kristin School, New Zealand

     2000-2004 Prince Alfred College, Australia

     2004-2011 Li Po Chun United World College, Hong Kong

     2011-2013 The Awty International School, Houston, Texas, USA

In addition, I was the Chief Negotiator to establish The Light of the World International School in Harbin, China, from 1993 to 1997.
